COMPLETE TRAINING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRICAL POWER DISTRIBUTION.
Complete training system in a mobile experimental stand to study Double Bus Bar System. The model represents a double bus bar switchgear with 8 switching fields. It is equipped in such a way that both the requirements from the mains supply and from the power station operation are considered in line with standard usage. Two bus bar sections are shown. Thus the interlocking conditions in a switchgear can be learned, in order to be able to make mains power and power station operation switching actions correctly and safely. Therefore the model of the double bus bar switchgear is conceived such a way that all practice-relevant operational functions, ie, feeds, outlets, clutch, grounding and measurement are taken into consideration. All switching actions are made by industrial standard control discrepancy switches. Relays replace the switching unit and create the feedback. The switching actions can be alternatively locked or unlocked according to position of the release switch
The PLC program necessary for the locking device can be prepared both by loading the associated disk and by means of the PC itself. For the examination of the synchronization of the operational functions which can be switched, the system contains a freely wirable synchronization mechanism consisting of double voltage and double frequency meters as well as a synchronoscope. For this the fields contain sockets for the pick-up of the necessary voltages. The fields 1 and 8 contain tensiometers to the display of the bus bar voltages. The fields 2 to 7 contain ammeters for the display of the respective currents. Also, control of the completed switching actions is possible.
The system must come with full experimental guide, with many tasks to be executed with the equipment.
