OXYACETELENE WELDING SET.
Gas welding set is to be rugged and designed with approved with electrical safety features essential for use in school workshop.
Each set include the following: 1 no - two stage acetylene regulator and cylinder 1 no - two stage oxygen regulator and cylinder 1 no - welding torch 1 set tip assembly with size 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 2 nos - welding hoses 5 m long for oxygen complete with hose lead and fitting and anti bed fire safety valve 2 nos - welding hoses 5 m long for acetylene complete with hose lead and fitting and anti bed fire safety valve 1 no - gas welding goggle
1 no - spark lighter
1 no - trench assembly of outfit 1 no - spindle key for oxygen 1 no - spindle key for acetylene 1 no - multi purpose wrench 1 no - cutting attachment medium duty 90 head complete with high pressure cutting nozzle to cut plate thickness up to 20 mm 1 pair leather glove (not pig skin) 1 no - wire brush 1 set tip cleaner 1 no - transport trolley and chain for oxygen and acetylene with lockable tool.
Training The succesfull tenderer shall provide sufficient on the job training at the teachers for each school where the machine is supplied covering areas of operation and routine maintenance of the equipment supplied.
The training shall be at a mutually agree location for two (2) complet working days
