Twoâ€Floor Parking Garage Simulator.
The panel must reproducea car park: the optic displays checking the access to the car park and
to thesingle floors such as the opening and closing of the barriers, the lighting increasing and
the alarm must be represented by LEDs, while for the several sensors and for the limit
switches some pushâ€buttons must be used.
The presence of cars in the car park, represented with a schematic diagram, must be pointed
out by LEDswhose control must be managed by an internal electronic circuit independent of
the PLC.
All LEDs, with the exception of the ones displaying cars, must be connected to the terminal of
the first blockon the left, which must later be connected to the PLC outputs; at the “com” all
the LED cathodes shall converge.
On the contrary pushâ€buttons, whose common shall be represented by “com”, must be
connected to terminals of
the second block on the right, which shall be in turn connected by means of a cable to the PLC
inputs.
The closing of the “reset” pushâ€button must reset the initial conditions.
The 37 pin connectorswhich are in the rear part, must allow to connect directly the panel to the PLC.
The panel must be equipped with an internal stabilized power supply unit with these features:
†Output voltage 24 V
†Output current 1 A
†Thermal protection
†Overload protection
Electrical connections must be performer through 2 mm terminals placed on the isolated front
panel.
A bipolar plug, with relative ground, located on the rear, must allowthe system to be supplied
at 220V â€50Hz.
The trainer must be supplied with manual in English language
